I find a large number of "conspiracy freaks" from many different backgrounds who believe that a huge, evil "system" runs everything, and use this as an excuse for miserable personal failures, muttering about "The Man" as they adjust their silly hats and toss another batch of fries into the fat.
Not that this applies to you, of course.
