I see the fear of inflation but I have trouble believing it
A fear of inflation does seem to be keeping long term bond rates artificially high...inflation appears to be under control however. I'm counting on Russia getting their act together, pumping more and more oil, challenging OPEC and helping keep those energy prices down in future years. Maybe people are seeing a weakening dollar in the future, more costly imports, and thus inflation? Who knows?
