It WAS a ship full of weapons, headed for Palestine. So what was it, a surprise present from Iran for Arafat's birthday*? A conspiracy between Israel and Iran to make the Palestinians look bad? Party favors for an NRA international convention? Where the hell do they THINK those weapons were going?
Was Stratfor the source for this, or are they just copying this from some idiot Mideast news service?
To write a report on a ship captured with 50 tons of weapons headed for Palestine, and conclude that report with the phrase, "Israel's burden of proof just got a lot heavier," boggles my mind. And believe me, I've seen some beauties of mental evasion from the media.
As with the DEBKA news service, I'm beginning to have serious doubts about the credibility of Stratfor.
