Stratfor's date was Jan 8, and it agreed with what was known at the time.
You can only compile data that's available, Tom. At the time, the evidence supported a possible Israeli hoax, and the U.S. was looking for supporting evidence that it was indeed a Palestinian move.
It's apparently been found.
