More nonsense from Stratfor, US recognizes PA involvement

Stratfor's weak argument essentially amounts to saying, "Well, Arafat wouldn't be dumb enough to do that!" Since when has he proven himself above such stupidity?
After initially withholding judgement in the incident, the Bush Administration is now correctly placing the blame on Arafat and the PA, who were clearly involved in attempting to smuggle the 50 tons of weapons (the captain of the ship even vouched for this) which are forbidden under the Oslo agreement.
Arafat has been caught red handed, and I really wish Stratfor would stop blaming the victim.
