Re: So, what's the next step?

Well, you know, you've won. The US is a plutocracy, a country ruled by the wealthy. Your fondest dream, it's here. And you aren't happy even yet.

The politicians of both major parties are owned by the plutocrats, wealth is inexorably being transferred to the wealthy, the poor are getting poorer, labor cheaper.

One of your successes. We have a perpetual war, which guarantees less and less money for social programs. We'll continue spending a disproportionate amount for arms and to protect and expand mega-corporations, our empire.

You've won. The average schnook born today will not be able to buy his or her own house, will not be able to send their kids to college, will be working for an ever-diminishing minimum wage.

You can be pleased that the wealthy will live in gated communities, hire Blackwater for security, and continue to make fortunes without producing anything of consequence for society.

You've ensured there are no credible forces to prevent this any more than there are any credible forces to prevent anthropomorphic global warming. They are both past the tipping point.

You'd happily see the country fail than see a poor person get food or medical care for nothing. Watching the ultra-wealthy get billions and billions for nothing isn't a problem. You aren't competing with them. Just for God's sake don't let the people I can see get something.

You've won. It's irreversible. Doesn't matter who is President. Now it seems it just isn't happening fast enough for you. Strange.

Because you are no different than the rest of the middle class. Working against your own interests, you've lost. Lost your humanity and your grandchildren's future, all because you're afraid someone will get something for nothing. Except the ultra-wealthy. They can have everything for nothing.

And the corollary is that the poor will die in the streets, kids starve. That'll teach 'em. And you can be happy.

Although that's what Pravda predicts for American society. You're working hard for it.
