Jeb Bush's daughter is a mess and probably considers herself an outcast in society.
Having worked as a pharmacy tech for years, I can tell you that these type of people ARE outcasts, and they are a menace to themselves and any others they try to involve in their schemes.
It's a truly sad story.
Perhaps this will be a wake-up call for her family to seek serious medical help (perhaps re-hab) and a psychiatrist for her.
This should never have happened.
Children rarely turn out this like this with strong family ties....a little love and a lot of care.
