Pres. Bush inherited a recession and an over hyped surplus based on a fantasy projection. A projection that postualted never having a recession.
Bush is not dipping into a trust because there is no trust.
There is not one cut. Only reductions in growth.
Only a fantasist like you would confuse reductions in projected increases with actual cuts.
I wish the non-defense budget could actually be cut, like the defense budget was.
It is bloated and sucking tax payer money faster and faster.
The only part of the bidget to experience actual decreases over the last several years has been defense, in point of fact.
