This is definately another example of Bush attempting to do right
and congress standing in the way.
They leaked the position papers on nuclear weapons, they lied about being informed on the "shadow govt.", the dems are trying to redefine the war so as to be able to declare defeat, and now they whine because the President wants them to do the right thing and and to stop pilfering the cookie jar.
Tuff schitt.
