<This is like tax reform. The determined wealthy will figure a way around, conservative or liberal, D or R.

Afraid I have to agree with you on this one. The special interests, wealthy or not, have always managed to get their feet in the door. Good grief, look how many existing campaign financing laws got ignored in the last election (not naming names...)
