It would be nice to fix everything at once, but humans don't have that kind of foresight.

One thing that makes me sick is how conservatives always make the same comments about regulations ad nauseam but almost never mention any specifically, unless they are so preposterous that they deserve mention. But that's cherry picking a few bad regulations. You look at all government regulations and I bet AT LEAST 9 out of 10 there is a very good reason for it.
