Good examples of blatantly unconstitutional provisions in new campaign finance law
One of its biggest foes, and critics of new law's constitutionality, is the ACLU - and they're absolutely correct. It's an indefensible attack on free speech in America.
Supreme Court will surely strike down major parts of the new law
Kinda makes you wonder why Congress bothered to pass this thing at all. It's got about as much chance of passing constitutional muster with the Supreme court as the Rap star Ludacris has of winning the 2004 Republican Presidental nomination (but hey, "Roll Out!" is still a really catchy tune...)
