Giving a bunch of powertools to a mob doesn't mean they'll be able to build a house. More likely they'll simply end up cutting off most of their own fingers.
Maybe the Israelis are very good at making sure their tanks aren't blown up, and maybe the Palestinians are very poor at killing anything other than unarmed non-combatants.
Maybe Palestinian "combat" training consists of little more than practicing to become a thug.
