What about Peter Graves as Dr. Wainwright in Beginning of the End?

Tarantula was pretty cool, but I prefer the gill-man series when it comes to beasties:

But when it comes to the really weird, how about the Monolith Monsters?

The meteor pebbles that grow in water, eventually collapsing and crushing whatever and whoever was in its path -- and the path is leading toward the town’s reservoir!
