"Military"
If there were two armies I'd agree. I have to say that an army complete with tanks, APCs, helicopters, and fighters moving against civilians or policemen with only light arms is not a "military" action. It sure seems to be an insult to those who have been involved with military actions to try to raise it to that level.
Not everything done by the military is "military", and that wasn't.
It seems to me it would not take a cop to tell if a policeman invading your house, shooting a kid, vandalizing or stealing your stuff used excessive force.
