permits genuine leaders to emerge who can build civil societies?
Clearly the status quo is giving rise to a terrible form of Islam that is praising parents to send their children out to blow themselves up for Allah.
Saddam is egging that on big time.
He is clever like Castro but has a viable economy to plague his region with.
