Just for fun, suppose we release all prisoners being held at camp x-ray into Castro's Cuba.
You know, like Castro did with the Mariel people. He released his convicts, sick, and mentally ill to Miami. Perhaps we could replentish his supply by letting him have the Muslim al-Qaeda and Taliban victims of US oppression?
Seems like a fun exercise in what ifs.
