The UN has no coercive power, only coordination power. It cannot send troops without the consent of all the the Big Five members.

Is it being anti-semitic to repeatedly condemn a country and not a culture or a religion, but a country (without any answer anyway) when it wouldn't withdraw from territories it had conquered forcefully and has occupied since?
