Computers have made it possible to track about anything.
I called the cell phone people once saying I had either lost the phone or left it in my brother-in-law's pickup, and he and my sister had headed off on vacation. I didn't know which.
The Customer Service guy said, "Just a minute", and 20 seconds later came back on line to tell me the phone had just been turned on in a city 200 miles away. That was on my sister's itinerary, so the phone was in the PU. Amazing.
But the cops, for instance, nail folks partly from their cell phone records. We leave broad trails, anymore.
Although my Safeway card is in the name of "John Smith". Feels kinda funny to have them say "Thank you, Mr. Smith", 'cause that's not my name.

Don't forget your telephone calls.
