Before the meeting we were chatting about the situation over there. They were still chuckling about the fake funeral
. Apparently some Palestinians went so far as to unearth dead animals and moved the corpses to Jenin, just to put a bit more of the stench of death in the air...

Like the Israeli economy which is in deep recession, their companies are getting hit hard too. Interestingly, these businessmen appeared not very attached at all to the settlements, and quite favorable to the proposed Unilateral Separation.

Just build a wall. If the Palestinians feel ‘cut off’, well, they can always work and do business with their Arab brethren in the neighboring states.

The Palestinian Authority opposes the idea, principally because it would result in the following horrifying reality:

A separate independent Palestinian state in which they would finally be responsible and accountable for governing, without the ever-useful Israeli scapegoat over them to blame all their problems on.
