The Palestinians. Arafat is deeply concerned about keeping the Pals believing his story. A lot of funerals is part of that.
The camera was from a drone remote. The fakers had no idea they were being filmed. They ran away from the Palestinian crowd.
Again, I believe that Arafat, if his goal has been to establish a Pal state, has picked exactly those strategies likely to ensure failure.
