A credible independent commission?? With a leading member who once likened the Star of David to a swastika??
And the Israeli economy currently is suffering from high 10% unemployment (and rising). I think they can, and will, do without the cheap Palestinian labor. In an ideal world, the border would be open, workers would cross every day, but Palestinian terror precludes that possibility for the moment.
And it was a faked funeral.
Just watch the video if you don't believe it
and how about that phony Jenin massacre? First it was '500 Palestinans massacred'...then it was a couple hundred...then it was a hundred...now we're down to 55 or so...
Palestinian accounts from the Jenin camp (they corroborate Israel's account)
Palestinians accuse Israel of a massacre and execution of the civilian population in the Jenin refugee camp. The Palestinians claim that hundreds of camp residents were killed, and that the Israeli army buried many of them in mass graves. In addition, the Palestinians accuse the IDF of not allowing humanitarian assistance to people in the camp who were trapped in the rubble of demolished houses or running out of food and water, and the use of civilians as a human shield.
"The Israeli Army took six days to complete its massacre in Jenin and six days to clean it up."
Senior Palestinian official Nabil Shaath
But in addition, the Arab media has published testimonies from Palestinian military sources describing the fighting in Jenin as classic guerilla warfare, aimed at extracting as much damage from IDF forces as possible. Tactics included booby-traps and bombs hidden throughout civilian areas of the camp and the active participation of women and children in the fighting.
"It was a very hard fight. We fought at close quarters, sometimes just a matter of a few meters between us, sometimes even in the same house… By my own standard, what happened there was a massacre. But if you are asking, 'Did I see tens of people killed?' Frankly, no. In my group, we were in an area with no other people. Three fighters with me were killed. Later when we started to move from place to place, we saw destroyed houses and could smell bodies."
Islamic Jihad militant Tabaat Marwadi, speaking to CNN from an Israeli prison
"The truth is that our fighters have switched to an offensive; today we went on the offensive. The Israeli unit commander was killed this morning, 50 meters from the place from which I am speaking to you… Believe me, there are children stationed in the houses with explosive belts at their sides… Today, one of the children came to me with his school bag. I asked him what he wanted, and he replied, 'Instead of books, I want an explosive device, in order to attack…'"
Islamic Jihad commander Abu Jandal, speaking to al-Jazeera
"Some of the youths stood fast, and filled their school bags with explosive devices."
Sheikh Abu Al-Hija, from the Palestine Information Center website
"Of all the fighters in the West Bank, we were the best prepared. We started working on our plan - to trap the invading soldiers and blow them up from the moment the Israeli tanks pulled out of Jenin last month."
Omar, a young, one-armed Islamic Jihad bomb maker, speaking to Al-Ahram
"All the fighters were sworn to fight to the end… We have no choice but to fight, and this is the decision of all the fighters. The talk of fighters surrendering is completely untrue."
Raed 'Abbas, a DFLP fighter, speaking to Al-Hayat
And as for the Israeli businessmen, they certainly made a hell of a lot more sense than your inane ramblings.
