I made a short attempt to try to track it down using the internet and Google Earth.
An address at 3750 Fabian Way, Palo Alto, is a nice building, but with no sign of occupancy, never mind signs of being a restaurant. Another address given in many places turned out to be a small house in a completely non-commmercial suburban area in Redwood City.
The problem with tracking a business down is that there are about four hundred thousand websites that seem to be an informal version of the Yellow Pages, few of which seem to be very accurate. They saturate the search process. That, and there are MANY "Joe's" restaurants around here.
This source I finally located seems to indicate the Palo Alto one is closed.

You want to see "creative destruction," watch retail places around here, especially restaurants.
