Its time to create a Palestinian State
The US should declar that ANWR is now the Palestinian State. Give them Dominion over that valuable Wildlife Sanctuary so that the noble Palestinian People can protect it in perpetuity from exploitation.
Or better yet, Isreal should recognize the Palestinian State and then declare war on it. Once the war is over, The Palestinians and Isreal can live together in peace.
