Re: International Law

Do folks like toi realize what no international law would mean?

Could american fishermen send their boats inside Canadian maritime borders?

Could a delictuous deed committed in a US plane, but above Scotland, be punished under Scotland laws?

Could american born children, kidnapped by their foreign father and hidden in an "eeevil country", be returned to their loving american mother where education and a better future are much more "secured"?

International law is...international for every country on this planet, not just the US.

And as I've said earlier, we all have rights....and obligations. It makes everything so complicated, but that's what a civilized country is about.
