International Law is only as good as those who write it
If only the United States, Canada, and the civilized, free, democratic governments in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, were affected, then sure, international law would be a swell idea. But when barbaric, tyranical states such as Sudan, Zimbabwe, China, Saudia Arabia, etc. are invited as equal partners in writing and enforcing international law, it's a joke.
