Yes, the danger is growing

Nuclear weapons in the hands of Pakistan are far more dangerous than those possessed by India, or the US or Russia, or other nations for that matter. The simple reason is the very tenous control the Pakistani military ruler exerts over elements of his own forces, the Pakistani intelligence, and because of the clout of bitterly anti-American, Anti-Western political and religious leaders who have good friends and contacts inside the Pakistani military. It's even rumored that among the nuclear scientists with closest access to their bombs are sympathizers and spies of the Islamic extremists.

It's quite plausiable that at some future time a small nuclear device will mysteriously vanish from the Pakistani arsenal and fall into the hands of Islamic terrorists. In fact, I'd be surprised if this didn't happen within the next 5-10 years.
