THE SIXTH ISLAMIC SUMMIT CONFERENCE at Dakar
"We reaffirm our unanimous condemnation of the phenomenon of terrorism which constitutes a violation of the teachings of the glorious Islamic religion, values, norms and traditions of our countries which treat man with respect and dignity."

Press release post-9/11 from same group
"innumerable resolutions adopted by the Organization of the Islamic Conference which condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations"

lot of anti-israel rhetoric from the above group tends to dilute the message.

Whole mess of links to International Muslim leader's condemnation

Islamic scholars condemn terrorism in USA

Prince Abdullah's address to UN 9-6-00
The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always denounced all forms and shapes of terrorism and added its efforts to those of the international community to address this serious phenomenon. What should be emphasized in this respect is that extremism, violence and terrorism are global phenomenon, not restricted to any people, race, or religion.

Iranian press: Kidnaping and terror always are completely is against morality and violation of human rights

Iranian President Khatami's speech
"Honest and sincere efforts to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including state terrorism, constitute another important priority for the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Terrorism is a product of desperation and nihilism."

Turkish press (too much stuff here) ...terrorism stress the fact that they are against terrorism whatever its origin, its purpose and regardless of its target. We repeat this statement once more. Terrorism is a disaster with which no one should be confronted with.

Official statement from Turkey: "Terrorism, carried out individually or collectively, poses one of the greatest threats to human rights and stability. In the same vein, it is a threat to international peace and security. Terrorism violates fundamental human rights, particularly the right to live, and can have no justification under any circumstances. It is an evil that strikes at the very core of democracy, civil society and economic and social development. Turkey has felt the effects of terrorism. The campaign of violence and terrorism which targeted Turkey has been curbed to a large degree, mainly as a result of a concerted effort and the perseverance of all segments of the population. The acts of terrorism committed in the United States on 11 September 2001 have demonstrated tragically the extent of the danger posed by terrorism. It is worth mentioning in this regard that to associate terrorism with a particular geography, religion or cause is wrong and harmful. Terrorism is a global peril. Unreserved and complete cooperation among nations is essential in combating terrorism, as it is in overcoming all the other ills of the modern age."

From Yemen: "We would like to affirm that we, in the Republic of Yemen strongly denounce all acts of terrorism whatever their form and source. "

Islam The Modern Religion's statement: "All life is sacred which is why, according to Islam - civilians, women, children, elderly people are never to be harmed no matter how noble your intentions are."

American Muslim leaders representing an array of Muslim organizations in the United States said at a September 18 press conference that they "would like to make it absolutely clear that we join all other Americans in our unequivocal condemnation of the attacks as un-Islamic, barbaric, and inhumane."
