I only ask because I think we should tell the terrorists that we won't get mad if they hit your city first.
Then we will ahve a fully disclosed intelligence operatin, including live real time internet broadcasting of all intel sources, as we seek to serve the terrorists with civil lawsuit notices and demand they show up for depositons so we can pursue a calss action lawsuit on behalf of their victims.
Would that be fairer?
