. . . are you saying the idea behind that story is a good thing, or the whole thing is just another conspiracy sham?
If you read what I type, you'll find questions, not denial. I mean, if you just read the article, you'll see a lot of history muck-raking, but also real issues on the table, such as:
"Bush said a 'key element of economic growth is consumer and investor confidence in our markets and in the integrity of corporate America. And right now, that confidence has been shaken.'"
...and:
"Bush said Tuesday’s speech would focus on ways to crack down on corporate abuses, protect workers’ pensions and restore investor confidence."
Do you see a real problem with the idea of cleaning up the corporations?
