They are a bunch of ass holes. My land lines are with Comcast but my cells are with them
Like Tom, I am married to them by the extended contracts created by getting new phones.
Until recently I have protected myself from them by only having flat rate programs. My latest deal exposes me somewhat but if the billing exceeds the flat rate, I can cancel.
