Actually, you're correct about that article.
The context into which my remarks fit included the propaganda campaign against the Taliban which stressed, among other items, the fact that women and men relate differently than in Western countries. That gave "entre" to the organizations like RAWA, which is like throwing a tub a lard to a starving person. They may need fat, but that's just going to make 'em sick.
