The West never recieved IMF loans or aid from other nations to get where it is today, so why does the Third World need handouts to advance? Why can't they pull themselves up by their own bootstraps like we did?
The sad truth of the matter is that our ancestors of the 18th century lived far better than many do today. These people can't even reach that level of civilization on their own. So how do we expect them to fit into the 21st century?
