Sadam could destroy Bush's diabolical plan by flooding the world markey with oil, causeing the price to plummet, and putting Bush's oil croonies out of business.
Or better yet, Sadam could ask that the United Nations impose a $3.00/gallon tax on all gasoline with the proceeds going to African relief organizations and toward continued funding of the UN itself. This would redistribute the oil wealth from Halliburton and Texas and give the wealth to those who really need it: Socialist dictators in Africa.
