Different Florida example of how to run an "election".

<Judge rules Harris broke law, but it doesn’t matter.

God bless those Florida Republicans. They can learn. Ya gotta admit, it’s taken a while, but Castro is getting through to them on how to run an election.

Another super example of how conservatives aren’t accountable under or to the laws of the good ol’ US of A or it’s States. And there are people who say they are!! (Ask Ollie.)

(Cuba – isn’t that the vile place where a person can be arrested and held forever without charges if Castro doesn’t like him? Hard to believe, isn’t it?!)

“Florida's other election imbroglio ended with a whimper this week when a judge threw out a lawsuit seeking to end former secretary of state Katherine Harris's bid for the state's 13th Congressional District seat.”

“The judge rejected arguments brought by John Hill, a former TV anchorman who lost in last Tuesday's Republican primary to Harris, that she should be removed from the ballot because she missed the deadline for announcing when she planned to resign from her old job. State election law required her to declare her intentions by July 15, the day she officially qualified to run for Congress. Harris said she did not realize the law applied to her position and, two weeks later, resigned "retroactively."

“Circuit Court Judge P. Kevin Davey ruled that Harris did not comply with that law, but he said her infraction was "statutorily forgiven" by another provision in the code stipulating that officials who miss their deadlines are automatically and immediately resigned from their positions.”

“Davey did not rule on the propriety of Harris remaining in office two weeks after she was designated as having resigned. But he added in a footnote to his six-page judgment: "These issues may be of interest to the auditor general, the ethics commission or the voters of the 13th Congressional District."

Bring on the clowns. No, wait, they're here!
