So lets see: the fact that Harris got MORE VOTES than her opponent (68 to 32 percent!) is IRRELEVANT compared to some legal technicality that should have allowed her opponent to win despite the fact that he got FEWER votes?

Is that what you're saying? Is that what Mr. "Gore Really Won The Election" is saying?
