That's a toughy. Let's see who jumps on board this one. Surely there will be some with bulbs bright enough to read by but too dim to see, 950 or 975 watts short of a kilo.
I'll bet I can predict who they'll be, including some who just say, "That's dumb!" And some who would try to find a way to deny the Sun rises in the East if I said "The Sun rises in the East!" And we all know those.
