<The looting of Iraq
"To win over the Russians, Mr Bush has two incentives to offer, correspondents say.
"He might suggest that Russia will have a bigger role to play in rebuilding Iraq after a war if it is helpful to Washington before any such conflict.
"Russia has much to lose if its economic ties with Iraq are cut, says BBC Washington correspondent Justin Webb."
See. Russia would lose money if the US invaded. So, look what Bush has to offer. "A bigger role to play in rebuilding Iraq."
How would "rebuilding" Iraq mean money for Russia? We ain't talking about construction contracts here.
(A lot of money here. Bush has already promised Turkey $5 billion, and considering how he's going about it, NO country will come on board without exacting a whole lot of money.
Which would be bled out of Iraq in the form of loot.
Sad.
