What? You believe him when he tells you that he has NO weapons of mass destruction, and no intention of building any? That he is going to disarm? After he has DEMONSTRATED constant deceit on this process since the Gulf War?
The fact that you somehow find this tyrant highly credible yet assume that Bush is lying every time he opens his mouth shows that there may be a connection missing in your thinking process.
