Please read the last paragraph of the news article in your link. To wit: She was fined $50,000 for “this pattern of intentional bad faith conduct.” I know you have a generally poor opinion of the legal profession, but are you suggesting that the US District Court was bought off? ;)

I would add that the Real Muggles web page could not possibly be sited as proof of the Real Muggles' authenticity because it was created after the complaint was filed. Your source has authority issues, but the Net is like that.
