I think it's well past time to reduce the number of American military personnel in Europe
If there's no threat to Europe, then there's no need for 120,000 American personnel (70,000 in Germany) to be stationed there. If there is a threat, then let the Europeans pay to build up their own militaries to handle it. I don't see why we should continue spending tens of billions of dollars every year to keep our personnel stationed there, especially when it seems we're no longer needed or wanted.
