Funny how the argument has shifted
Not too long ago, they were arguing against National Missile Defense on the basis that you didn't need an ICBM to deliver a nuke. Now, they seem to be saying that Saddam isn't a threat to us even if he does acquire nuclear weapons because he doesn't have a missile to deliver it.
