I just wish this was in Texas when dub was still governor. I'd like to see how his zero tolerance laws are applied to his niece. Five years in prison wouldn't do her a lot of good in my assessment. The drug treament route is certainly more appropriate as she is not a criminal; she is an addict. I bet Dub's hypocritical war on drugs doesn't look so good to him when it hits home.
