This is totally different from Kosovo. The inspection regime was imposed in 1991 as a term and condition of allowinf the completely defeated Iraqis a way to hang on their honor.
Instead Saddam wrote rubber checks, in effect. Now we are coming to collect.
That you insist on defending people like Milosevic and Saddam is quite striking.
I am sure you understand and empathisize with all sorts of interesting historical figures.
