At this time, Saddam has chimical and bacteriological weapons, but no nuclear wepons that can destroy any country.
If he can get them, it will be through terrorist groups that travel to Russiaor wherever it's easy to steal plutonium.
That's where tghe danger lies, not in Iraq but Al Qaeda.
