What makes anyone think the killer isn't hitting where he aims??? Have there been any leg, arm or groin shots?? Any grazing lateral shots or just shots to the head, chest and abdominal regions? When this person travels to an area he is less familiar with he takes his time setting up the kill...ie the Pondarosa shooting....that's not the sign of some young punk skin head...it's the sign of a methodological killer.
