Still ducking the big issue. We aren't talking all Hispanics here, are we? There are a hell of lot of homeowners and citizens around my neighborhood of Hispanic descent. Don't know if they're Democrat or Republican--probably the former--but they don't worry about their legitimacy as voters. What particular Hispanics would be discouraged by enforcing voter laws? Hmmm?
