He is referring to the spelling errors Scott made in his post (nothing and premonition) - the 13 level pyramid I think may be a comment about the old game show where they guessed words.

Sunblok's posts require an extra effort to extrapolate - sometimes I think I know what he is getting at, but other times I simply postulate as to their meaning.
