Attacks on trains are unlikely. Trucking is a viable alternative to rail in the event of an attack.

Why attack Amtrak and kill a hundred or so when they could focus on national sporting events and take out thousands?

I don't think their aim is to just kill Americans. They want to take down infrastructure.

If they target the rail system they would have to go after the bridges not the crossings. Accidents are usually cleaned up and tracks repaired within a matter of hours.

If the rootin' tootin' cowboys that shoot at trains have NRA stickers on their truck, I can guarantee they were on the truck when they bought it at the Truck-0- Rama.
