Not hard to imagine Amtrak terrorizing itself in an effort to get more government pork.
Its been playing the game of terrorizing its passengers for years, so why stop now. Probably wants a Rail-Marshal program patterned after the Sky-Marshal program...Its one sure way to get Amtrak rider ship to double overnight: Put a Rail-Marshal in every other car.
